Welcome to TopCeed. By creating an account, voting, or submitting content, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don’t use TopCeed.

1. User-generated content

You own everything you upload. By submitting an image, caption, or bracket, you grant TopCeed a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and reformat that content for the purpose of running the service. You confirm that you own the rights to anything you upload, or have permission from the rights-holder.

2. Prohibited content

You may not upload, link to, or vote-stuff content that is:

  • Illegal, infringing, or violates someone else’s rights
  • Harassing, defamatory, threatening, or hateful
  • Sexual, sexualizing minors, or graphically violent
  • Deceptive, scammy, malware, or spam

3. Voting integrity

One vote per matchup per identity. No bots. No vote-buying. No multiple accounts to swing results. We reserve the right to invalidate votes that look automated or coordinated.

4. Content removal & account termination

We may remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially for prohibited content, repeated DMCA strikes, or attempts to break the voting system. Removal of content is logged in our audit trail.

5. DMCA

We honor DMCA takedown requests. See /dmca for the procedure and contact info.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

TopCeed is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that bracket results will be scientifically rigorous.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopCeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TopCeed after the “Last updated” date above constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
